It touches on one very important foundation of christianity How can we go on like we have been? I’ve resisted the call to anguish. When we crave His presence and His fullness what times we will behold! I am truly and remarkably in awe over davud message that was brought wilkersonn Brother Wilkerson. A stirring call to prayer and anguish on behalf of the unsaved!
Suddenly all endeavours for God make sense. My life has not been the same after hearing this message. He will be missed all over the World, but there must have been a glorious welcome in Glory for the Lord’s q servant David Wilkerson I want this badly!! It fueled me for a great amount of time, this message brought back that experience.

Is there whole message as a text somewhere? Wilkerson tried to avoid categorizing Christians into distinct groups according to the denomination to which they belong. I need wilkerskn repent of my Lethargy and my plans and the little Bless me clubs that we have. One can almost here the voice of God as David speaks about God’s anguish for those who do not know God in these Last Days and are consequently perishing in sin. He served as a pastor in small churches in Scottdale and Philipsburg in Pennsylvaniauntil he saw a photograph in Life Magazine in early of seven teenagers who were members of a gang in New York known ro “Egyptian Kings”.
I think Wilkerson clearly brings forth the missing ingredient for what so many of us are missing in ministry–anguish. This is the strongest sermon I have ever heard to date. This reminds me of my first Christian Camp that I went to, I went there to serve others and not to be served.
Wilkerson’s widely distributed sermons, such as “A Call to Anguish”, are known for being direct and frank against apostasy and serious about making the commitment to obey Jesus’ teachings. I have met very fewvery few christians and have felt so alone in this walk besides the spririt of God, I have cried so many times wondering where are you real invisible church that does not comprimise with the world.

When you spoke in this message about the depths of anguish, it helped me so very much to understand that this was truly God’s heart moving through me.
I can’t express how important this message is. He will truly be missed. This message is so powerful. Brokeness, humility and anguish for his church. According to Wilkerson’s own testimony, he was baptized with the Holy Spirit at the age of eight. This is a very timely message. I have never heard God speak through a human being as He did through David Wilkerson in this message.
The young Wilkerson began to preach when he was about fourteen. He points out how the church today is married to the world. Please only listen to this message when you have time to really sit down alone and be sober about the things of God.
In answer to the last church I visited that I felt conviction was in the year ; I have since can not find a church where this convicton is felt or present and it has not been for lack of seeking and praying.
He calls believers to leave their passivity: This is probably one of the most needed messages in the church today. It’s no small thing to ask and not be made lightly i know.
